Irrigation Pump Systems

inCon-trol’s pumps and electronic systems are specifically designed for landscape water use, and are configured to regulate pressure during normal operation yet limit flow in case of potential high-flow situations. Our exclusive pump safety logic guards against low/high flow, low/high motor current, low/high line voltage and has customer configurable automated restart routines in case of a fault. Now isn’t that smart?

Gale Force Series: The smallest pump station manufactured by inCon-trol Water Systems. A stand-alone pump station complete with its own custom enclosure.

Submarine Turbine Series: The Submarine Turbine pumping station utilizes a patented ballast system for ascending and descending the pump station in a body of water. Think about how many problems this solves. No need for wet wells, no priming issues, no freezing issues, no scuba divers needed, and the Submarine Turbine significantly reduces equipment cost. Simple repairs can be performed quickly and easy without requiring heavy machinery or removing the pump.

Irrigation Chemical Treatment Systems

Our irrigation chemical treatment systems are created with the same time and attention we give our quality irrigation pump stations and green irrigation systems. Water treatment systems are just one of the applications for our chemical treatment systems. Our solutions incorporate the latest technologies and smart design to ensure proper treatment of your water.

Water Treatment Series:

• (Programmable Logic Controller) based – this creates a high level of flexibility in creating project specific solutions
  • Irrigation flow monitoring allows chemical application rates to be based on parts per million (PPM)
  • Individual adjustable rates for each chemical
• Variable speed, electronically-controlled injection pumps
• Touch screen interface provides easy system setup and monitoring
• System has optional capability to provide real time pH monitoring and adjust on the fly based on current water conditions
  • Ideal for bodies of water that are filled by wells but also receive runoff during rain events
  • Helps to conserve chemicals and provide a more consistent water quality to the irrigation system
  • Dual loop control logic
  • Major loop injection ratio based upon irrigation flow rate (ensures quick and accurate response to changes in irrigation flow)
  • Minor loop provides trim variation from major loop rates based upon real time pH sampling
  • Minor loop deviation limited from control parameters to prevent over-reaction in the case of mis-calibrated or faulty Ph probe samples faulty
• All control panels are manufactured by inCon-trol, and all original programming is written by inCon-trol (this allows for other equipment i.e. irrigation pumps, wells, level controls, etc. to be integrated into the control system, providing a single operator interface for all systems)
• Control panels are UL 508A listed

Submarine Suction Series: The innovative design of the patented Submarine Suction allows the installation of a suction line in an existing body of water. The Submarine Suction can be buoyant, allowing for proper placement of the component in a body of water. Once the unit is located in the desired location, the Submarine Suction is designed to descend to a desired depth. The design ingenuity of the Submarine Suction allows the component to ascend and descend utilizing a patented ballast system, which allows for easy installation and maintenance.

Controls - UL 508A Panel Shop

Electronic water control is one of many areas we have perfected so we are capable of providing turnkey solutions for our customers. We are a UL 508A listed panel shop. This means our products are certified and inspected by a globally recognized independent safety science company. Whether our panels are used to control lake leveling systems, landscape irrigation systems, or water features, they are all designed and built with the same level of care we take in everything we do.
